Description
Sourced on our journeys around the state
We often move our bees with honey from one forrest to another and end up with a blend. Sometimes other things might be flowering at the same time in a Karri, Marri, Jarrah or Wandoo forrest and it’s not up to our rigourous quality standards for a perfect varietal.
You may ask “How do you know what the bees are feeding on? ” and truthfully we can’t always say. Our Australian bush honey will always be predominantly a Eucalyptus honey collected in Summer and Autumn
Eucalyptus Forest Flowers from December to March
